KWK BRAND WELCOMES MASAHIRO CHONO TO KAYFABE HEROES

KWK Brand is proud to officially announce that Masahiro Chono has signed with KWK Brand and will be joining Kayfabe Heroes.

This announcement is a particularly meaningful one for us.

The relationship between Chono-san and Shawn Ng began more than 16 years ago, well before KWK Brand was established. Over the past 14 years, Shawn and Chono-san have continued to maintain a close relationship, sharing a long history within professional wrestling.

Today also happens to be Chono-san's birthday, making this announcement an especially fitting way to celebrate one of Japan's most iconic wrestlers.

Chono-san's career has spanned generations, from his legendary years in New Japan Pro-Wrestling to his time with nWo Japan and his appearances in WCW. His influence on professional wrestling in Japan and around the world is undeniable.

Now, that history will be celebrated through Kayfabe Heroes.

KWK Brand and Chono-san will begin working together on the development of his Kayfabe Heroes figure, with the first release currently planned for 2027.

There is still plenty to come as we work through the development process, and we'll share more details when the time is right.

For now, we simply want to welcome Chono-san to KWK Brand and Kayfabe Heroes.

After all these years, we're incredibly proud to finally make this happen.
