New Distribution Structure Effective September 21, 2026
KWK Branding Company Ltd. is introducing an updated distribution structure effective September 21, 2026, beginning with our September 2026 pre-orders.
As KWK continues to expand across Kayfabe Heroes, O-Ring Heroes, and Kayfabe Legacy, we are refining our distribution network to create a more centralized and efficient system for pre-orders, production planning, inventory management, and regional fulfillment.
These changes are designed to provide collectors with clearer purchasing options while allowing our retail and distribution partners to focus on their respective roles within the KWK ecosystem.

ShopKWK.com — Official U.S. Pre-Order Hub
Effective September 21, ShopKWK.com will become the primary U.S. destination for KWK pre-orders.

U.S. pre-order shipping is just $5 for any combination of pre-order items, allowing collectors to combine multiple releases into a single shipment.

SquaredCircleShop.com will focus exclusively on Squared Circle Toys Limited 100 Exclusive releases.
These exclusive figures will only be available through SquaredCircleShop.com.
Squared Circle Toys' eBay store will also carry a small allocation of selected regular-series KWK figures, along with available inventory.
Small U.S. stores and retailers interested in carrying KWK products can also contact SquaredCircleShop.com directly for distribution inquiries.

All U.S. collectors should instead place their KWK pre-orders directly through ShopKWK.com.

The updated distribution structure officially takes effect September 21, 2026.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PREVIOUS PRE-ORDERS
This new distribution structure does not affect any of our monthly pre-order drops through and including the August 2026 releases.
All pre-orders associated with those releases remain under the previous distribution plan and will be fully honored as originally arranged.
Customers and distributors who previously placed orders through our previous distribution channels do not need to take any action. Those orders will continue through their existing fulfillment arrangements as the respective products complete production.
New KWK pre-orders beginning September 21, 2026 will be handled under the updated distribution structure.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY NOTICE
All pre-orders beginning with the September 2026 releases will transition to our Long Shipping Route, helping us maintain sustainable pricing for collectors.
Please allow approximately 8–10 weeks from the date the product leaves the factory for delivery.
NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IMPORT TAXES — THEY ARE ALREADY COVERED WITH YOUR PURCHASE!
This change does not affect in-stock orders or previous pre-orders, which will continue to ship according to their existing standard local hub timelines.
